Broadway Rave Kansas City Concert reviews
security gridlock ruins otherwise great show
After taking an hour to get to the Zoo Bowl on the shuttle, we were met with a massive crowd of people attempting to pass through what felt like only 10 metal detectors. Meanwhile, Rod Stewart was already well into his performance. It took nearly an hour to navigate that chaos. I have not been tardy to a concert before. I hold Bowl management responsible for spoiling an otherwise pleasant experience. Maybe the TSA should be consulted by management. Suddenly, LAX appears somewhat more bearable. The detectors appeared to be operated by high school students. Management should advise concert attendees on the tickets to arrive at least 2 hours early for the show due to the inefficient screening process. I have attended numerous concerts at the Bowl throughout the years and never encountered what I witnessed last Friday evening. I am boycotting the Bowl!
